The short version
Paperwork Rules Guide is a set of static reference pages. There are no user accounts, no logins, no contact forms, and no fields to fill in, so the site itself does not ask you for or collect personal information.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless measurement tool, to understand aggregate traffic such as page views and referrers. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites. We see aggregate trends, not individual identities.
Cookies
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our infrastructure provider may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure the site; these are not used to profile you.
Advertising and affiliate links
The site does not currently run advertising or affiliate links. If that changes, this page will be updated before any such feature goes live to describe which third parties are involved and what they process, and any required consent controls will be presented at that time.
